We ship to any address within the United States of America.

Processing and Delivery Time:

When you place an order with EdenPURE®, your delivery date will be based on the availability of your items. All orders are processed and billed immediately. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as the next business day, but should the delay exceed 3 weeks, you will be notified. Some products have delayed fulfillment as noted on the your cart prior to checkout.  You can also find any delivery and processing time on you order confirmation page.

EdenPURE® Parts Returns:

We ask that you choose your part carefully.  All sales are final for part purchases.  Parts are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  The product displayed may vary slightly from the product you currently have and/or the one you will receive.  Certain product models might require slight alterations to accommodate the part.

We encourage you to be sure you are selecting the correct part for your model.  If you have any doubt, please contact EdenPURE® Customer Service before making your Part purchase.

EdenPURE® Product Returns:

Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason with what you bought, simply return it to us with your Proof of Purchase. We will send you a complete refund of the purchase price or replacement product, whichever you prefer.  EdenPURE branded products come with a 30-day return guarantee. Regrettably, we are unable to honor refund requests after guarantee has ended.

All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used to place the order.  If you use a VISA, or other, Gift Card, for your purchase, the refund will be processed back to that gift card.  We recommend you keep all spent gift cards until you're satisfied as your return will not be given back in the form of cash.

Partner Product Returns:

Unused items (unopened and unwashed) and items returned for verifiable manufacturing defects may be returned within the timeframe noted below, for 100% refund on the cost of the returned items. Shipping fees for any other returns are not refundable. A restocking fee* for opened, washed, and/or used items that are not defective may be charged.

Onetify - Return within 7 days. Restocking fee* is 20%.
Tribest - Return within 30 days. Restocking fee* is 15%.
Tuxton Home - Return within 7 days. 
Vista Shops - Return within 30 days.

Call 1-800-225-6595 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Place the Return Authorization Number prominently on the shipping label of the shipping carton being returned.

All returned items must be in unused condition and must be accompanied by all original contents. Missing contents will result in a reduced credit amount. All warranty cards must be left blank. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer's box that has not been defaced or altered in any way.

Purchaser is responsible for shipping and shipping instructions will be provided with approved RMA.

EdenPURE is not responsible for misunderstanding, misreading or lack of customer knowledge as it pertains to Partner Product Offerings.

Some Partner Products have restocking and return shipping fees. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
