I wish I could give you a ZERO
edenpure advertized a "universal" remote and guess what? it isn't. then i got to pay to return it. Never doing bussiness w edenpure again. Plus customer service is rude.
Battery NOT Included
I have yet to use this item, due to a shipping error. The description explicitly stated that the battery would be included. There was not a battery included with the remote. I contacted support and was informed I would receive a battery in the mail. It has been almost two weeks, and I have not received it.
