EdenPURE Parts Returns:
We ask that you choose your part carefully. All sales are final for part purchases. Parts are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The product displayed may vary slightly from the product you currently have and/or the one you will receive. Certain product models might require slight alterations to accommodate the part.
We encourage you to be sure you are selecting the correct part for your model. If you have any doubt, please contact EdenPURE Customer Service before making your Part purchase.
EdenPURE Product Returns:
Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason with what you bought, simply return it to us with your Proof of Purchase. We will send you a complete refund of the purchase price or replacement product, whichever you prefer. Timeframe of guarantee differs by product. Regrettably, we are unable to honor refund requests after guarantee has ended.
