The 360 Super Climater® isn't designed to lower the room's measured temperature like an air conditioner. Instead, it improves comfort by continuously circulating air and creating a cooling breeze. If you're expecting air conditioner performance, the unit may not meet that expectation—but when used as intended, many customers find it makes the room feel much more comfortable.

For cooling, place it where it can circulate air throughout the room rather than directly against a wall or behind furniture.

For heating, position it in the room where people spend the most time, allowing the infrared heat to warm the occupied area.

The 360 Super Climater® draws air in through the base and directs it upward through the top. Depending on where you're standing and the room layout, the airflow may feel different from different angles.

For the best whole-room circulation, place the unit on a flat surface with several inches of clearance around the base and top vents.
