Frequently Asked Questions

Why won't my EdenPURE® 360 Heater turn on?

Make sure the unit is plugged directly into a grounded 120V wall outlet and that the main power switch on the back of the unit is turned on. Then press the Power button on the control panel or remote. If the display remains blank, check the circuit breaker and test the outlet with another small appliance.

Why is the fan running but the EdenPURE® 360 Heater is not producing heat?

First, make sure the unit is set to HH (High Heat) or LH (Low Heat) rather than Cool Mode. Then raise the temperature setting above the current room temperature. The heater may also cycle the heating element on and off as the room reaches the selected temperature.

Why isn't the air cold when I use Cool Mode?

Cool Mode is a high-volume fan mode and does not refrigerate or lower the temperature of the air like an air conditioner. It circulates the existing room air to create a cooling breeze and can help distribute cooled air from your central or window air conditioner more effectively. For stronger airflow, increase the fan level and use the oscillation feature.

Why does the airflow from my EdenPURE® 360 Heater seem weak?

Check the fan level first and increase it from F1 toward FF for stronger airflow. Make sure the grille and air inlets are not blocked by furniture, walls, curtains or dust. Turn the unit off and unplug it before cleaning the grille and air inlets with a vacuum brush attachment.

Why does my EdenPURE® 360 Heater shut off unexpectedly?

The unit may have reached the selected temperature, the timer may have expired, or a safety feature may have been activated. Make sure the heater is upright on a firm, level surface and that the air inlets and grille are clear. Unplug the unit, allow it to cool and then restart it. If it repeatedly shuts down, discontinue use and contact EdenPURE® Customer Service.

Why is the display dim and the fan running at F3?

Sleep Mode is most likely turned on. Sleep Mode intentionally dims the display backlight by 50%, reduces heating output to 800 watts and sets the fan to F3. Press the Sleep button again to return to normal operation.

Why isn't the oscillation working?

Press the Oscillation button once to make sure the feature is turned on. The unit should be placed on a firm, level surface with enough clearance around the base to move freely. Make sure walls, furniture, cords or other objects are not obstructing the movement. Do not force the unit to turn by hand.

Why isn't the remote control working?

Make sure the main power switch on the back of the EdenPURE® 360 Heater is turned on. Aim the remote toward the control panel and make sure there are no objects blocking the signal. If it still does not respond, replace the remote battery or batteries and try again.

How do I clean my EdenPURE® 360 Heater?

Turn off the main power switch, unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the housing with a damp cloth and lightly vacuum the grille and air inlets with a vacuum brush attachment to remove accumulated dust. Do not use harsh detergents, solvents or abrasive cleaners, and never spray water into or immerse the unit.
