Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean my TurboAIR?

Always unplug the fan before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, remove the front and rear grilles and carefully clean the blades with water or a damp cloth. Make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembling the fan. Never immerse the motor housing in water or use harsh chemical cleaners.

Why is my TurboAIR shaking or making noise?

Place the fan on a flat, level surface and verify that it was assembled correctly. Check that nothing has entered the front or rear grille and that dust has not accumulated on the blades. If you hear grinding noises or the vibration continues after cleaning, contact Customer Service.

Why does my TurboAIR seem to have weak airflow?

Check that the fan isn't set to one of the lower speed settings. Increase the speed or select Turbo Mode for maximum airflow. Also make sure the front and rear grilles are clean and that nothing is blocking the airflow.

Why does the fan seem to remember my previous settings?

This is normal. TurboAIR includes a memory function that restores your previous speed and oscillation settings after the fan is turned back on. The timer setting is the only feature that is not saved.

Why did my display lights turn off?

Your fan is most likely operating in Sleep Mode or the display lights have been turned off manually. The fan continues to run normally even when the display is dark. Simply press any button to wake the display or exit Sleep Mode.

What do U1, U2 and U3 mean?

These control the vertical airflow pattern.

  • U1 = 15° up/down sweep
  • U2 = 30° up/down sweep
  • U3 = Wide 120° vertical sweep

These settings help distribute air throughout the room rather than blowing in a single direction.

What do L1, L2 and L3 mean?

These are the horizontal oscillation settings.

  • L1 = 60° sweep
  • L2 = 90° sweep
  • L3 = 120° sweep

Select the setting that best fits the size of your room. Press the Horizontal Oscillation button again to stop the fan at its current position.

Why isn't my remote control working?

The remote requires a clear line of sight to the display panel on the fan. If it still doesn't respond, replace the CR2025 battery, making sure the positive (+) side faces up. Once the new battery is installed, point the remote directly at the display panel for the best reception.

Why won't my TurboAIR turn on?

First, make sure the power adapter is fully plugged into both the fan and the wall outlet. Verify the outlet is working and tap the Power button on the touch panel using a light fingertip. If the fan still won't start, unplug it for 60 seconds and reconnect it. If the problem continues, contact Customer Service for assistance.
