I bought my Eden Pure in Dec of 2006 and finally had to replace the bulbs. Your CS person did an excellent job of giving me an overview of what was involved. The bulbs arrived sooner than expected and my heater is now working as good as new. However, I'm not sure anyone that did not grow up owing an Erector set would have had to patience to do the job. Thanks for still having the parts available. Bob Kirstine

I have had to replace these bulbs in both of the units I have. I don't think this is a quality problem because anything that gets hot will eventually break down from the heat. I usually have to replace one to two bulbs every 2 to 3 years which is not to bad.
