We have three cats and two dogs We still steam clean, but this product eliminates all odors as I decided to test it by not steam cleaning for a week - wow - no smells yet when I used my blue light to see if there were any pet messes; I saw some. Makes our finished basement smell like the outside after a nice rain.
Seems to work just fine. There have only been two issues. 1) not all cooking odors are eliminated. 2) it was reconnected after accidentally being disconnected. It still works fine but the blue growing light on top no longer works. Not sure why or how to get it back on.

I just installed it yesterday...so far so good. But want to give it time. My basement has seasonal issues and will not have a good picture until Spring progresses.
